Great centrally located hotel, rooms are what you’d expect for a traditional hotel, hotel staff were very great to deal with, and the included breakfast was great!

A beautiful boutique hotel in a pretty quiet location with some nice restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Staff were amazing, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good and the food fresh.

The hotel staff were the standout. They were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also around the corner from the main town square. The rooms are comfortable and the AC worked - we arrived during a heatwave and was definitely needed. We visited because we had a tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau the following day and it is ideal if you booked a tour first thing in the morning. The bar and food is also amazing!

Very good breakfast, lunch/dinner was also available at additional fee and was very tasty. Comfortable bed. Friendly and supportive staff.

Very nice hotel, 1 minute from the old town, beautiful view of the river. Rooms are not big, but very practical, windows are soundproofed, shower is powerful and equipped with very nice cosmetics. Breakfast was amazing, including hot dishes. All staff very helpful and kind and there is also a garage (for an extra fee), if you need.

Second time I’ve stayed here and wasn’t disappointed, reception staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is exceptional. Location is a three walk to the old city square, a four minute walk to the old Jewish school. To attend Mass was a 5 minute walk. The taxi ride to Auschwitz Camp was about 6 minutes by taxi. Several nice restaurants within walking distance if you choose not to stay at hotel.

The hotel is new, very clean, calm inside. Staff super nice. Breakfast excellent 🫶 Just FYI, if you want to park your car, go to the adress Bulwary 2. Get the ticket, keep it with you. Drive up to the big black door and wait, it'll open automatically. Be careful when you open the trunk of the car, the ceiling is a bit low.

It was a pleasant stay. Without asking for a backyard room we received one. The windows are high quality filtering the outside noise (and church bells) very well. A (w)healthy breakfast with a nice children area. One pleasant eco touch is the carafe in the room which you can fill with filtered and even carbo/soda water down the hall. It would have been nice to have a few carafes near the machine as you have very long hallways :)

It was in a convenient location to visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps, which was the sole purpose for our historical trip. The Hotel was modern, clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my Son’s birthday during his stay and the staff had very kindly prepared a nice birthday message and a celebration cake for him when he returned to his room that day. He was so pleased at the discovery. :)
