Great centrally located hotel, rooms are what you’d expect for a traditional hotel, hotel staff were very great to deal with, and the included breakfast was great!

Very nice hotel, 1 minute from the old town, beautiful view of the river. Rooms are not big, but very practical, windows are soundproofed, shower is powerful and equipped with very nice cosmetics. Breakfast was amazing, including hot dishes. All staff very helpful and kind and there is also a garage (for an extra fee), if you need.

It was in a convenient location to visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps, which was the sole purpose for our historical trip. The Hotel was modern, clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my Son’s birthday during his stay and the staff had very kindly prepared a nice birthday message and a celebration cake for him when he returned to his room that day. He was so pleased at the discovery. :)

The hotel is clean, well located, the rooms are spacious, although if there are 2 twin beds, the size of the room decreases a lot, but in the end we did not come to stay in the room. There is parking on site in the underground garage. The breakfast was tasty, varied and the waiters always attentive to any need.

We booked Hampton by Hilton as we had organized a tour the following morning to Auschwitz. The hotel is approximately 35 mins walk to Auschwitz or 5-7 mins by taxi. (It is also approx 1 hour drive from Katowice airport) There is some retail stores close to the hotel (in a small retail park). Hotel is centrally located, staff were very kind, friendly and helpful and the receptionist Malwina arranged private transfer from Katowice airport to the hotel late at night. Room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, great choice for everyone and very fresh. The receptionists also recommended us places to eat and so did our taxi driver. We visited Portobello Italian Restaurant for late lunch which was excellent and approx 15 mins walk from the hotel. I would return again to stay at Hampton by Hilton, I highly recommend it. We enjoyed our short stay and a special thank you to Malwina for all your help regarding the transfer to the hotel.

Great location, hotel looks lovely, it was clean, felt very pleasant, breakfast was absolutely delicious. I’d definitely stay there again as the whole family enjoyed it thoroughly.

From the outset the reception staff would mention the hotel’s rating was only three stars but the room, staff and the facilities punched well above its weight. Easily overshadowed 4 star accommodation stayed at previously on our journey. Breakfasts included were varied and easily satisfied both in taste and range. Rooms were comfortable and bed was exceptional. Navigation from the hotel to various points of interest was easy. Staff from the waitstaff at breakfast to the cleaners to the front desk were all friendly and greeted you each and every time with a smile.

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Oświęcim and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Breakfast was varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day. The location is convenient, within walking distance to key attractions. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommend!
